Welcome! You are here because…

you are someone who appears to be pretty “put together”. Other people think you really have it figured out. But the truth is, you feel like you are falling apart. You can’t shut your brain off. The thoughts are taking over. You feel like a failure. You aren’t sleeping or eating well. You are isolating. You’ve lost interest in the things you used to enjoy. You may have a history of going to counseling for anxiety or depression or you may have figured out how to use your many skills and talents to put on a pretty good front and muscle through.

Until now.

You wish you had someone to talk to who isn’t going to judge you. Someone you can trust who won’t take sides. Someone who will support and validate you. You want someone to really HEAR you and sit with you in your pain. You want someone to help you to take some actionable steps to feel better!

I would be honored to have the opportunity to talk to you. We can set up time to schedule a brief complementary 15 minute phone consultation to see if we will be a good fit.

I’ve got a wide range of experience and enjoy working with adults of all ages. In addition to specializing in infertility and perinatal mental health concerns, I work well with perfectionists, those struggling with low self esteem, folks going through recent life changes, people who are looking for ways to manage school & work related stress.

Hi, I’m Lindsay (she/her)

I’m here to help you sort out whatever is getting in the way of you leading your best (most fruitful!) life. Whether it is anxiety, shame, frustration, depression, mood swings, stress, trauma, desperation, grief, baggage, or you are just freakin’ hangry… I’ll help you sort it out! Then together, we will come up with some actionable ways to help you feel better. I want to help you to uncover the best you so that you can really show up in all areas of your life.

I am especially passionate about helping people who struggle with infertility and perinatal mental health concerns. These issues can lead to isolation, distress, and overwhelm. Please check out my services offered to get a better feel for how I can help with the area you are interested in getting support for.

Therapy is an investment of your very valuable time and money, so it’s important to find a good fit. Please contact me for a free 15 minute consultation, and together we will determine if I’ll be a good fit for you and your presenting concerns.

Education and Experience

I earned my Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from St. John Fisher University. I have several years experience working in partial hospitalization, outpatient mental health, and college settings.  Before pursuing my Master’s Degree I worked in the business realm of the healthcare field for about 10 years. Eventually I went back to school to earn my much desired Masters Degree. For me, being a therapist is much more than an occupation and I truly feel honored to be invited in to share space with some of the most intimate parts of the human experience.
